UI/UX Designer

We're looking for an UX/UI Designer to join our team.

What will you do?

• Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with the business requirements and brand guidelines.
• Translate complex business needs into simple, user-friendly digital experiences for both assisted and unassisted channels.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer journeys are optimized and feasible.
• Review and validate user flows and UI components throughout the implementation process.
• Perform usability reviews and provide recommendations for improvements during development.
• Ensure consistency of the design language and user experience across all touchpoints.
• Participate in UAT sessions to validate experience and interface before go-live.
• Stay updated on best practices in UX/UI design and e-commerce trends.

What do you need to know?

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in e-commerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex user journeys and interfaces.
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
