Junior Data Scientist – Pricing & Advanced Analytics

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and excited to apply your data science skills in practice? We’re looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our team, learn and grow working hand in hand with experienced colleagues driving innovation in pricing and beyond!

Your Role:

Contribute to advanced analytics models development and implementation in pricing or other business areas.
Contribute to data and modeling pipelines creation and management, ensuring smooth deployment and automation of models.
Explore new data sources, integrating additional features to enhance predictive power.
Collaborate with underwriting and other business units to provide analytical support, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Participate in pricing, data and analytics initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.

What you need to succeed:

Higher education in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field – can be a student of the final years.
Proficiency in data processing, analysis and results presentation (e.g. Python, SQL).
Proficiency in advanced analytics modeling techniques (e.g. GLM, machine learning).
Analytical mindset – problem solver with teamwork, communication skills and passion for data-driven insights, innovation and business impact.
Fluent in English.
