Senior Project Manager

In this role you will:

• Act as a visible leader onsite, overseeing project progress and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the client, consultants, and contractors on all snagging activities — including scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve key project processes in partnership with the client.
• Lead and participate in essential meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate any impacts to project partners.
• Apply project procedures diligently, ensuring consistent adherence and best practice across all activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in hyperscale data centers or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CSA, MEP systems.
• Skilled in client/contractor/vendor management, RFPs, bidding, and change orders.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
• Experienced in international projects with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
