Responsibilities

• Support the community (e.g., answering questions, helping other fellow traders and newbies, remove spam messages, etc.).
• Collect daily unprocessed appeal orders and pass it on to your P2P manager.
• Collect daily feedback and pass it on to your P2P manager.
• Share the latest and hottest news, articles, and reports with the community.
• Competitive product research (recent events, product features, etc.).
• Report bugs, glitches, and scammers.
• Organize monthly online-meetups or activities for the community (to provide some feedback, discuss upcoming features, etc.).

Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker; fluent in English for daily communication.
• Basic understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, especially P2P trading.
• Experience as a P2P merchant or in customer service/community support is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Available for at least 25 hours a week (including weekends sometime).
