Main Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Management: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Test Automation: Set up and maintain UI test automation frameworks
  • Functional & Non-Functional Testing: Execute tests independently
  • Integration Testing: Build and enhance integration tests in a .NET + HttpClient environment
  • Testing Strategy: Define testing strategy across development stages (code, pipelines, releases, toggles)
  • Manual Testing: Perform manual system testing and assist developers with unit testing
  • Monitoring: Set up tools to monitor application performance and availability
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate across teams (frontend/backend) and work closely with developers and sysadmins

🛠️ Tech Stack / Tools

  • Mandatory:
  • Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server
  • Jira, Postman, Swagger
  • SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Git, C#, .NET
  • Test automation tools: Selenium, Tosca, Virtuoso, TestSigma
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
  • Monitoring: Splunk
  • Others: HangFire, Enterprise Architect, Figma, Notepad++

✅ Required Experience / Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience (Medior level)
  • Strong Microsoft environment experience (C#, Visual Studio, Azure)
  • API testing (REST/SOAP) in SOA environments using SoapUI/ReadyAPI
  • Experience in UI test automation
  • Familiarity with Git, unit testing, TDD, contract testing
  • Agile team collaboration, including offshore coordination
  • Certification: ISTQB or equivalent
  • Language: Dutch (native), English (very good)

  • Insurance sector knowledge (B2B/B2C context)
