HR Generalist – EMEA | German & English Speaker

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join a global healthcare leader driving innovation across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment, contributing to meaningful work that impacts lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to HR process inquiries (e.g., Workday, parental leave, working hours) in German and English
• Managing HR tickets, documentation, and correspondence
• Supporting Workday transactions and ensuring accurate personnel data
• Preparing employee documents (contracts, amendments, certificates)
• Coordinating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise on complex cases
• Supporting HR reporting, process documentation, and internal projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in HR operations or administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and document handling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
