Learning Platforms & Web Content Specialist

We are currently seeking a Learning Platforms & Web Content Specialist to support the creation, publication and maintenance of digital learning content (in-person, online and e-learning), within the Corporate Learning & Development sector of a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain the CMS (Drupal intranet) Learning Center pages, publishing news, assets, and training offer updates;
• Manage training catalogues and learning paths within EU-Learn and Moodle LMS platforms, supporting Course Managers;
• Create and edit e-learning assets (SCORM, video recordings, presentations, multimedia) for publication on LMS platforms;
• Provide second-line support on CMS/LMS usage and contribute to technical meetings for platform improvements;
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, multilingual content (incl. .xliff translation), and support L&D metrics reporting.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, EU-Learn or similar) and CMS (preferably Drupal);
• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools for e-learning creation and Adobe graphic suite (or equivalent);
• Basic front-end/web skills (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of PHP/LAMP environments;
• Ability to translate business training needs into structured technical implementations;
• Familiarity with project/service tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Office 365 suite);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural international contexts;
• Fluency in English (C1).

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 2/3 days per week. 📍
