- Experience working in Agile methodologies and fast-paced startup environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on backend development experience, with potential for technical leadership

Odys operates within a complex hybrid environment, consisting of software with four distinct platforms and both external and internal APIs.
Currently, our backend infrastructure is undergoing migration from Airtable to PostgreSQL.
The frontend development is based on a combination of JavaScript and TypeScript technologies, alongside low-code interfaces like SOFTR, blending traditional code with low- code solutions.
Our APIs are developed in PHP and Python. While expertise in Python is not mandatory, experience or interest in artificial intelligence is a significant plus. Given that we handle sensitive data, data security is a top priority, and any additional knowledge in this area would be highly valued.
