Right now Billo is seeking their next Senior Product / UX Designer to join their Stockholm based team.

Role Responsibilities

You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex financial concepts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll design solutions that delight users and drive innovation in the fintech space.

Lead the design of fintech-focused mobile and web applications, from concept to delivery.

Translate complex financial workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance business goals with user needs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and iterate on designs.

Develop and maintain scalable design systems

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and UX best practices throughout the organization.

Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance, and best practices in fintech, digital mail and app design.

Required Skills for the role

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of app and fintech projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of app design, responsive design, and fintech-specific user challenges.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and security principles is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• It is advantageous if you have experience in motion design.
