What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Head – Cyber Security who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.

• Be responsible for Beko Information and Cyber Security practices globally,
• Coordinate Information Security projects and processes at Analysis, Design and Operation levels,
• Improve existing processes and technologies,
• Follow up regulations and acting quickly and accordingly,
• Keep Company-wide Information Security Awareness at the top level.
• Analyze risks continuously and acting quickly and accordingly,
• Evaluate new project demands as per Beko Cyber Security practices,
• Communicate and cooperate with IT Teams, Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Global Compliance, Global Communication, Production departments and Business Units of subsidiaries, Holding Security Teams, and Beko Top Management to achieve cyber security requirements,
• Coordinate and collaborating with Service Providers, Vendors,
• Prepare Information/Cyber Security road-map, policies, procedures,
• Ensure that all IT Systems are performing at top security levels by continuous controls and coordination,
• Involved in internal and external Koc Holding and independent information security audits.
  
  
  

The position is located in İstanbul, Turkey.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering or other related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information/Cyber Security,
• Experience in Information/Cyber Security Teams’ management,
• Deep experience in On-prem and Cloud Security Solutions and Technologies,
• Having experience in Cyber security incident management and response,
• Having experience in Daily Cyber Security operations,
• Having experience in Data Privacy Regulations and Applications (e.g. KVKK, GDPR)
• Having experience in multi-vendor management,
• Strong knowledge of cyber security policies, procedures,
• Strong knowledge of ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT,
• Knowledge of OT Security and IoT security is a plus,
• Knowledge of ISO22301, ISO27701, SOC2, and Service Provider Certifications is a plus,
• Having information security certificates (ISO27001, ISO 22301, CISSP, CE,H, etc.) is preferable,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking security-centric,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Building strong collaboration,
• Understanding the needs of the market & business & customers,
• Having a desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
