BI Developer

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

• You hold a relevant university degree and have around 5 years of hands-on experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting within a complex operational environment.
• You have strong expertise in Power BI — including DAX, Power Query, semantic modelling, and row-level security.
• You’re familiar with Azure DevOps or similar tools for versioning and automated deployments.
• You’re confident in data modelling, creating clean star/snowflake models and well-defined KPIs.
• You understand data governance, GDPR, and best practices for security and compliance.
• You thrive in an Agile, product-oriented environment, with short feedback loops and a focus on adoption and business value.
• You can bridge the gap between technical and operational stakeholders, explaining data and insights clearly and effectively.
• You’re motivated by turning messy operational reality into something measurable, visible, and actionable.
