Minimum three years’ experience delivering ICT services or technology-enabled transformation in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

Successful project management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation, including proposal development, implementation, and project transition to ongoing operations. Ability to successfully manage a range of projects concurrently and maximise the effectiveness of available resources.

Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system in Ireland and the Dublin North East Region and the issues in implementing ICT enabled change.

Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.

A flexible approach to working hours is required in order to ensure deadlines are met.

Hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 7 in Digital/ICT or Project Management related courses on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland, (QQI).
