Product Manager

We are seeking two Product Managers to lead our Modern Workplace practice across two strategic pillars: Workplace and Workforce.

• PM – Workplace: Focused on modernizing IT environments, digital collaboration, and intelligent operations. You’ll drive initiatives in cloud modernization, UCaaS transformation, automation, and SmartOps, ensuring secure, connected, and adaptive workplaces.
• PM – Workforce: Focused on optimizing workforce operations through AI, automation, and analytics. You’ll design solutions that enable self-optimizing, data-driven, and agile teams, driving measurable business outcomes and workforce transformation.

Both roles require experience in solution strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, delivery, and innovation teams. Ideal candidates are strategic and forward-thinking leaders passionate about shaping the future of how people work and connect.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace Transformation, or IT Service Strategy
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, lead advisory sessions, and facilitate workshops effectively
• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM/Cloud ecosystems
• Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics
• Understanding of platform rationalization and automation-driven modernization strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks)
