DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

We are a software development company with over 15 years of experience, building SaaS products. Our portfolio includes KivaCRM, a leading local CRM and BI solution, and our brand-new global product, Docyrus, an AI-native no-code platform.

Responsibilities

You will be the cornerstone of our platform's reliability, security, and scalability. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Infrastructure: We have a mixture of cloud and self-hosted resources. You will configure, maintain, and automate the infrastructure, keeping systems current and secure.
• Reliability & Observability: Monitor systems and services, respond to incidents, and ensure platform reliability.
• Security & Access: Maintain and centralize security systems (access control, SIEM, XDR, etc.), and ensure systems comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Database & Backups: Ensure databases are operational, secure, and regularly backed up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles.
• Proficient in Linux terminals. Experience with Ubuntu Server is a plus.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals, firewalls and vpns.
• Confident with at least one scripting language: Bash, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Knowledge of running and maintaining production databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Good English (for writing/reading mostly).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and the ability to remain calm, methodical, and effective during production incidents or maintenance periods.

Experience with the following is a plus

• Web servers / reverse proxies (Nginx, Caddy etc.)
• Monitoring solutions (Zabbix, DataDog, Nagios etc.).
• Configuration management tools (Ansible, Salt etc.).
• IaC tools (Pulumi, Terraform etc.).
• SIEM / XDR solutions (Wasuh, Graylog etc.).
• Regulatory compliance, system hardening and audit requirements.
