DevOps Engineer

As a Software Engineer with a focus on DevOps, you will be part of our shared service DevOps team playing a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. You will enable our Molecular Lab network to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic solutions and your contributions will empower our customers to make a real impact in patient care.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure and documentation by applying in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for medical software

• Drive the timely delivery of stable, secure and scalable systems, meeting organizational standards and customer requirements while enabling faster development cycles and improved reliability

• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning within and across diverse and intercultural teams

• Empower your team members to take ownership of their work and leading by example to foster teamwork and mentorship

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a specialized field related to DevOps development or engineering

• 4-8 years of experience in DevOps with one or more technologies (e.g. Git, containerization, virtualization, CI/CD pipeline)

• Capable of solving complex issues creatively and effectively, using a multi-faceted approach based on thorough analysis to resolve complex technical challenges

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse environment as well as collaborate effectively within and across teams

• Fluent in English

• Linux experience (Debian or Ubuntu)

• Scripting in bash and python

• Microsoft Azure DevOps/ GitHub
