As a Sr. Operational Risk Officer, you will act as part of Luminor’s second line of defense and will independently monitor, challenge, and advise on the management of operational risks across Luminor’s business. We expect you to have had experience and interest within Operational Risk Management field and bring your insights and knowledge to improve and grow our team.

Gross salary. 2900-4300 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

What You Will Do:

Independently oversee and challenge the controls implemented by the first line of defence and perform routine monitoring of operational risks
Coordinate and assist in the execution of risk management activities, including risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning
Advise on the implementation of risk management policies and procedures, control improvements
Identify, monitor, analyse, measure, manage, and report on operational risks
Contribute to independent risk reporting to Luminor’s management and regulatory authorities
Oversee incident and change management processes
Keep abreast with the regulatory environment and emerging trends to support operational risk management
Contribute to other relevant elements of Luminor’s operational risk management framework
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What We Expect:

Strong understanding of risk assessment and management principles and techniques
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
Experience with risk management software and tools
Experience in data analysis and visualization
Higher education in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance or similar field
Experience coordinating and reporting on risk management activities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends and issues, and make recommendations for risk mitigation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
