Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner to join a team delivering digital initiatives within financial services. This is a great opportunity to build your career in product management while working on projects that directly impact customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor data
• Translate findings into clear opportunities and propositions
• Write clear, concise user stories to guide development
• Prioritise and refine the product backlog
• Facilitate day-to-day delivery alongside development teams
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers to create seamless digital experiences

Skills & Experience (Candidates must have financial services experience):

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, investments)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and market data
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
