Responsibilities

• End-to-end BA ownership: discover → document → drive sign-off on ITSM/ITOM requirements.
• Translate complex needs into sprint-ready user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Validate solution feasibility; keep scope, risk & change visible to sponsors.
• Partner with QA/UAT; guarantee every release delivers measurable customer value.

Requirements

• 3+ yrs BA in IT delivery / consulting
• Solid ITSM & enterprise IT process know-how.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow, BMC or similar; familiar with ITOM / observability / AIOps.
• Expert elicitation skills: workshops, user stories, process modelling (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
• Agile/hybrid SDLC fluency
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
