Senior Product Designer


1)Ensure value delivery through continuous innovation, early releases, and customer-centric design.

2)Customer Experience & Innovation: Shape customer journeys (onboarding, lending, payments) and enhance digital experiences using design thinking and UX practices. Ensure solutions are innovative, reusable, and scalable.

3) Team & Relationship Management: Build high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. Guide and coach team members, manage dependencies, and ensure productivity.


Primary Skills :


1)Expertise in Product Ownership, Agile delivery and MVP definition

2)SME propositions, and customer journey design

3)Proven capability in stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination and cross-functional leadership


Secondary Skills :


1) Skilled in UX design, design thinking, and user research/testing methodologies.

2)Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira), data-driven decision making, and process improvement.

3)Knowledge of digital technologies, DevOps practices, and compliance frameworks.

4)Strong in team management, conflict resolution, and driving squad productivity.

5)Experience in managing multi-vendor integrations and large-scale digital transformations.
