In most cases, we deal with atypical projects for the market, try to find and generate new technology-based solutions in our field.

About Project:

It is a separate FE platform, developed for the requirements of the Czech market (other regions may be added in the future).

The purpose of this product is to prepare the platform (web desktop and web mobile) for certification and make it production-ready, provide our B2B partner with a high-quality platform for interacting with players, and help build an effective player onboarding flow into the product.

Main challenges:

• Daily communication with partners;
• Daily communication with other participants in the certification process — Backend team, Account managers etc;
• Prepare features description, compare with main competitors, confirm with partners, present to the team, present demo for partner;
• Constant and coordinated work with a team.

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management;
• English B2 — C1;
• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze the market and competitors, to find non-standard solutions of tasks;
• Prioritization of tasks, ability to set up working processes, to arrange and to supervise teams’ work;
• Knowledge of UX/UI;
• Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• Successful experience in launching new products and features from scratch and successfully managing existing products.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gaming, B2B, igaming domain.

Main responsibilities:

Product Planning

• Conduct research on key competitors;
• Identify features that create value specifically for the partner;
• Create a product roadmap with a focus on market needs (localization, UI/UI customization) with the possibility of further scaling.

Partner Collaboration

• Collect, formalize, and prioritize requirements from partners;
• Conduct product demos for partners;
• Oversee the integration process from onboarding to launch (in collaboration with the tech team or account managers).

Backlog Management & Team Collaboration

• Maintain a backlog focused on B2B-specific features (roles, reports, validations, configuration settings);
• Write clear user stories and specs for the team;
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams on planned releases.

Feature Delivery

• Constantly be informed about competitors, prepare features that will allow partners to be competitive

Data & Metrics Tracking

• Monitoring product metrics, identifying weaknesses in the product and forming hypotheses and proposals for improvement.
