Project Control Manager

An International Engineering Consultancy Company are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our team on a major international airport project in East Africa - Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project baselines, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor risks and propose mitigation actions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and project control systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• International or Africa experience is an advantage.
• High proficiency in English language.
