Our client is implementing a project within a financial management solution.
As a project manager, you are active and self-initiative, you communicate smoothly with both technical development teams and business experts, and you are able to lead the work of the project team based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Compliance:
SAFe, Scrum Master, ITIL, IPMA C, PRINCE2 experience or similar.
Strong experience in projects in the financial sector and expertise in integration projects and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the finance sector, adhering to defined project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA C).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and senior management.
- Facilitate communication to align expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Agile/Scrum Leadership (if applicable):
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, where applicable, to maintain robust service delivery.
- Oversee risk management, change control, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of personnel and tools.
- Monitor and report on progress using KPIs, ensuring corrective actions are taken as necessary.
SAFe, Scrum Master, ITIL, IPMA C, PRINCE2 experience or similar.
Strong experience in projects in the financial sector and expertise in integration projects and stakeholder management.
