Cyber Security Technical Lead
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid Working
Salary: £65-82K + Bonus, Car Allowance, Healthcare
Overview:
Lead the technical delivery of a Cyber Assurance work stream, focusing on vulnerability management, operational controls, and security best practices across critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain a robust operational security framework.
- Define security standards and oversee compliance with internal and external audits.
- Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation efforts.
- Develop business cases for cyber investments and implement secure architectures.
- Mentor and lead the team while fostering a strong security culture.
- Conduct regular security checks and ensure incidents are addressed promptly.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of technical stacks, security tools, and risk management.
- Expertise in compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001) and penetration testing.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
