About The Role

Are you a passionate game developer ready to take the lead and build the next big gaming experience? We’re looking for a Unity 3D Team Lead who thrives on challenges and has a proven track record in multiplayer casual games (Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports) and high-performance 3D titles (Car Racing, Fighting, RPGs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Unity development team and deliver multiplayer & 3D games.
• Architect gameplay systems using Unity & C#.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers.
• Optimize game performance across platforms.
• Manage sprints, code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Integrate APIs, multiplayer networking, payment systems, and analytics.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Unity 3D & C#.
• Mandatory: 4–5 years of experience with Socket.io
• Strong portfolio of released titles in:
• Multiplayer Casual Games – Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports.
• 3D Games – Car Racing, Fighting, RPGs.
• Expertise in Unity animation, physics, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization.
• Experience with multiplayer frameworks (Photon, Mirror, or custom solutions).
• Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile and 3D gaming.
  
  

Proven ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and conduct architectural discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Live game ops, in-app purchases, ad integration.
• Game analytics (Unity Analytics, Game Analytics).
• Android/iOS/WebGL publishing experience.
• Git, Jira, CI/CD knowledge.
