Project Coordinator / Manager

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Manager to join our Global Operations Team. This role offers remote or hybrid flexibility, giving you the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, ensure timely delivery, and drive operational excellence across international teams.

As a Project Coordinator / Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders. You will work closely with departments such as operations, finance, and IT to ensure smooth project delivery and measurable business impact.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities — from planning to completion
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and meeting notes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks proactively
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, management, or operations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Asana, Jira, or other project tools
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (German or French a plus)
