This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Innere Stadt. The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT infrastructure, and providing technical assistance. Responsibilities will also include conducting regular maintenance, ensuring system security protocols, and collaborating with other teams to support IT operations.

• Experience in IT support, IT infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of IT security protocols, cloud migration, and data protection measures
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), etc., are a plus
