About the role:

We’re looking for a Designer who can create high-quality visual content across both static and motion design. This role is ideal for a creative professional skilled in graphic design, animation, and video creation — someone who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals for digital and social media use.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and storytelling, with experience producing engaging graphics, animations, and short-form videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to produce creative assets that elevate the agency’s and its clients’ online presence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design professional, on-brand visuals for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations
• Create and edit short-form videos and motion graphics for social platforms (e.g., reels, stories, ads)
• Develop animated and static design assets that support brand storytelling and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and execute visual deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently in a remote environment
• Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling, animation, and overall creative output
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Canva
• Experience with video creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, OpusClip, Descript, or Veed.io for short-form content
• Strong sense of design composition, motion, and timing
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience working with US-based teams or clients is preferred

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1200-1500 per month
