Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specs and design test plans
• Create & execute automated/manual tests
• Report bugs and assist in troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Experience in test design and execution
• Familiarity with PEGA and Agile teams
• ISTQB Agile Tester certification or equivalent
• For Specialist: Experience in large-scale organizations (500+ employees)
