Business analyst

We are looking for talented professionals to join the development of a next-generation Web3 and AI-powered fintech platform that bridges traditional finance with decentralized technologies. The product is a borderless, crypto-native neobank that brings together banking, a crypto wallet, a crypto card, and a secure messenger in one seamless, user-friendly ecosystem. Designed for Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha, the platform empowers users to bank, transact, earn, and connect effortlessly in a self-sovereign and regulation-compliant digital environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a Business Analyst who:

• Has 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst;
• Has analytical and communications skills necessary to gather and define business requirements and translate them into solutions;
• Has strong system analysis skills (data modeling);
• Has an understanding of REST API;
• Has the ability to read JSON and describe new ones in detail for the request/response models of the endpoints;
• Has basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of how relational databases work, ability to read the DB schema;
• Has advanced English level.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you will:

• Define and Communicate Product Vision and Roadmap

• Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to the Agile team.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Maintain the product roadmap, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and changes in market conditions.
  
  

• Work with Backlog Management
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Clearly define user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize based on business value and dependencies.
• Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and the Agile team.
• Ensure that stakeholder needs are addressed and expectations are managed.
• Sprint Planning and Review
• Participate in sprint planning sessions to provide clarity and detail necessary for the team to understand the product backlog items.
• Attend sprint reviews to gather feedback and ensure the product increment meets the acceptance criteria.
• Adjust priorities based on feedback from sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Acceptance Testing and Validation
• Define and communicate acceptance criteria for each user story.
• Participate in acceptance testing to ensure the product meets the defined criteria.
• Validate the delivered functionality to ensure it aligns with business needs.
