Founding AI Scientist (Agentic Systems) | Remote First | Up to €120K DOE

This is a founding seat. You’ll architect the intelligence layer from first principles. Think multi-agent planners with memory, tool use, and self-reflection. RL loops that can bid, budget, and correct in live traffic.

Your work becomes the heartbeat of an AI platform that learns and self-optimises in the wild.

You’ll be doing things like

• Designing multi-agent control systems that plan, act, and self-correct
• Deploying contextual bandits and RL for real-world budget and pacing decisions
• Building safety loops, simulation environments, and continuous learning pipelines
• Translating research into live systems that actually ship and move KPIs

You should have

• 5–7 years in applied ML - ideally with systems that touched real users or revenue
• Deep Python + PyTorch fluency
• Experience in agentic LLM systems, reinforcement learning, or retrieval
• Strong grounding in experiment design and statistical reasoning
• The ability to move fluidly between notebook, codebase, and production
