Business and Personal Assistant

We are a London-based fintech company with a mindful approach to financial services. Operating under a FCA-approved Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, MADFIN delivers card acquiring tailored for fast-moving, high-growth businesses. We are looking for experienced Business and Personal Assistant to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Provide administrative and operational support to director
Conduct basic market or project research and prepare summaries for management review.
Help monitor deadlines, project progress, and deliverables
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives
Preparation of agendas, documentation and minutes/records of meetings as required, handling sensitive information with discretion and a high level of accuracy.
To provide general PA support, including document preparation, basic bookkeeping and managing correspondence.

Requirements

Professional client handling and relationship-building skills
Experience in business assistance/ personal assistant is a must
Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience arranging travel and producing accurate itineraries
High level of technical proficiency
Able to multi-task and manage conflicting, changing priorities efficiently
Discreet and high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to take ownership of any problems
