岗位职责：

职位要求：
- 地质、矿业、化工、冶金等相关专业本科及以上学位。
- 具备不错的英语听说读写能力（西班牙语优先考虑）。
- 具有 10 年以上盐湖提锂或矿产资源开发相关工作经验，其中至少 5 年以上项目管理经验。有大型盐湖提锂项目从规划到投产全过程管理经验者优先。
- 国外工作适应能力、抗压力、逻辑思维、沟通协调能力较好。
