Senior Project Manager (Commercial Development)

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of food and beverage (F&B) and retail tenant fit-out projects. This role ensures that all retail spaces are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards, aligning with the company's operational and aesthetic guidelines.

Acting as the primary contact for the company, tenants, and contractors, the Senior Project Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and design requirements. They will drive project execution to enhance facilities, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the passenger experience while managing an outsourced team for design and permit approvals

Required Qualification/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Discipline such as Architecture, IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or international equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience within commercial and retail aviation or complex retail delivery.
• Project delivery in live aircraft and passenger operating environment.
• Retail Fit out construction experience within a Client, Consultant and / or Contractor environment (desirable).
• Understanding and experience in delivering projects across their full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with challenges inherent in operating within a regulated airport/aviation environment.
• Proficient in Health and safety management spanning construction and airport/aviation operations.
• Solid knowledge and proficiency in project management and execution.
• Competence in projects, data analysis, risk management, quality control and quality assurance
• Foundational understanding of construction and project management principle.
• Excellent collaboration skills, adept at facilitating effective communication within and beyond the department.
