***Must have FinTech Experience across BNPL, Neobank, Lending***

Talent Connect Group (TCG) have secured managing new opportunity in the FinTech space... This isn’t just another leadership role you’ll build the engineering function from scratch!

From defining architecture and tech strategy to hiring your first engineers, you’ll have full technical ownership to scale a world class fintech platform processing millions transactions.

You’ll Own:

• Technical vision, strategy & architecture

• Building & leading the engineering team

• Key product decisions with Product, Design & Risk

• Engineering culture, standards & delivery pace

You Bring:

• 8+ years building at scale (millions of users/transactions)

• 5+ years leading high-performing teams through growth phases

• Hands-on coding mindset (IC → leader)

• Fintech experience (KYC/AML, compliance, payments)

• Strong communication & ownership mentality

Bonus:

BNPL / lending experience, or scaling Series A→C fintechs
