What you will do and why:
As a Product Manager, you will lead a dedicated product team of developers, driving collaboration and the successful delivery of agreed objectives. You’ll be accountable for the product(s) throughout their lifecycle, from concept through to end-of-life, ensuring they align with company strategies and meet market needs. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee everything from requirement gathering to compliance, usability, and competitive positioning, making each product release impactful and customer-centered.

What you will do and why:
As a Product Manager, you will lead a dedicated product team of developers, driving collaboration and the successful delivery of agreed objectives. You’ll be accountable for the product(s) throughout their lifecycle, from concept through to end-of-life, ensuring they align with company strategies and meet market needs. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee everything from requirement gathering to compliance, usability, and competitive positioning, making each product release impactful and customer-centered.
This means you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full product lifecycle, including roadmap ownership and execution in line with company strategy and policies.
- Collecting and maintaining stakeholder requirements, ensuring traceability across product iterations.
- Developing and prioritizing user stories and epics, ensuring compliance and feasibility of solutions.
- Defining and communicating the value proposition and competitive positioning of your product(s).
- Running trials, MVPs, and collaborating with sales and marketing to prepare go-to-market strategies.
- Acting as a product expert, supporting demos, building client relationships, and monitoring product performance.
- Leading training initiatives for technical sales support during product launches.
- Managing product profitability and contributing to strategic pricing, planning, and partner relationships.
We believe that you’re a driven, experienced product manager with a deep understanding of software products, particularly in clinical trials. Your background in agile methodologies and your analytical skills allow you to navigate complex environments and extract insights to guide product decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both experts and non-experts and your focus on delivering value makes you an invaluable team leader. We also want you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in software marketing or product management.
- An academic degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical skills to draw insights from industry data, sales metrics, or qualitative information.
- Proven ability to prioritize, make decisions, and own the product roadmap.
- Leadership skills with a proactive approach to ownership within your role.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
