Title: Digital/Technological Transformation Project Manager - Supply Chain Planning

Location: Basel

Length of Contract: 12 months Fixed Term, (Expectation To Extend Further 12 Months) full FTC

Haybury are working with a global pharmaceutical organization who are launching an exciting technological/digital transformation project within the supply chain area of the business. They are seeking an experienced individual to support on a 12 months project managing and leading this transformation of technology.

You will be responsible for leading the integration of new technology within the supply chain ensuring a smooth transition for the department and the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with expereince of leading technological supply chain transformation projects with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology transformation by developing and implementing a strategy aligning with business goals
• Oversight the integration project ensuring any challenges are mitigated
• Project Manage the timelines of technological transformation projects alongside ensuring resources complete allocated work within timelines
• Budget management of the project alongside budget development
• Stakeholder management, developing strategic partnerships with relevant bodies
• Ensure any risks are mitigated with intergradation ensuring stakeholders are updated on project challenges
• Support with change management activities to help provide a smooth transition of technologies

Requirements

• 5 years leadership of digital/technological transformation projects
• 5 years of working with SAP
• Experience within change management technology projects
• Experience within pharmaceutical supply chain technological transformation projects
