A Belgian business law firm in Brussels is seeking a lawyer to join its Intellectual Property & Technology (IPT) practice.

Your missions & responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on IP, IT, and technology-related legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Support clients in data protection, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives, including regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on high-impact, cross-border projects.
• Integrate legal guidance into broader commercial and innovation-driven strategies.

The ideal profile

• Belgian Master of Laws with excellent academic results; postgraduate education or international experience in IP, IT, or data protection law is a plus.
• 1–4 years of experience in IPT or related fields in a reputable business law firm.
• French or Dutch speaker, with excellent command of English.
• Strong team player with initiative and the ability to thrive in a professional, collegial environment.
