For this excited position, you will include in the Quality Department. The team develops a reliability curve for our vehicles, estimating the number of expected repair interventions during the warranty period. These assessments are essential for determining repair costs and planning project budgets. Once the product is on the market, this defect curve is constantly updated using real data from the service network. 
You will cooperate in standardizing and speeding up the process of calculating the defect curve by developing an innovative tool that integrates Machine Learning and statistical models. The tool will need to estimate the trend of warranty repair interventions over time and automatically update itself with new data collected from the network.

Required profile

You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or related fields.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English is required.
