👀 What does it look like to work as a Full Stack developer at L’Oréal?

• Web Development: You will collaborate with the product / dev Team / Design team to create and implement web designs, translating visual mockups and wireframes into functional, interactive, and responsive web pages.
• Project management: Estimate the time required for development tasks, identifying potential risks, necessary precautions, and constraints throughout the process.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Engage in the quality assurance (QA) process for new features.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the codebase, making it easier for other team members to understand and collaborate.
• Collaboration with Experts: Work with specialists in Data Science, AI, Agility, UX/UI, Data Engineering, Big Data, Cloud Architecture, DevOps & IaC.
• Diversity of Data & Missions: From marketing to supply chain, retail or R&I, using internal/external, structured/unstructured datasets.
• Diversity of tech stacks: GCP, Terraform, Node JS, React JS, Python … 
• Innovation: Dedicated time and resources to test new approaches, technologies and tools.
  
  

❤ Full stack development is a perfect match for you if:

• You are a student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering/Business School or University.
• Looking for a 6-month internship starting January 2026 with an internship agreement provided by your school.
• Fluent in English or French.
• You have a strong interest in technology and digital innovation, with a demonstrated appetite for web development.
• You are familiar with programming languages and web technologies, ideally with skills in Node.js, React.js, SQL/PostgreSQL, ORMs, API development, testing frameworks.
• You are curious, proactive, organized and value simplicity, performance and detail in code.
  
  

Beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to challenge the status quo.

The Recruitment Process

• Recruiter Interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group. 
• Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the role's missions.
