Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and software development, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, train, test, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to define and implement ML solutions.
  • Participate in code and model reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize models and systems for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate new machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, experiment tracking, and best practices for ML workflows.



Requirements

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
