IT Program Manager (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a proactive IT PMO to join our kununu IT team in Vienna. In this role you’ll own the planning, execution and delivery of all cross‑functional IT projects that enable our all‑cloud M365 environment, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), our core Network infrastructure and Azure services. You’ll be a key player in ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery while maintaining security and compliance.

Your Tasks

• You define project scope, schedules, and resource plans using Jira/Confluence.
• You lead daily coordination, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• You monitor budgets, forecast Azure subscription spend and report variances to stakeholders.
• You facilitate communication through reports, dashboards, and steering committee meetings.
• You embed governance best practices (PRINCE2/Agile), quality controls, and compliance checkpoints (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• You improve PMO processes, tools, and templates, driving automation with Power Automate, PowerShell, or Python.
• You mentor junior team members and foster a culture of transparency and accountability

Your Skills

• Proven experience managing IT projects in a cloud‑centric environment (M365, Azure).
• Strong command of Jira/Confluence for project tracking, risk management and documentation.
• Familiarity with security fundamentals (MFA, conditional access) and compliance frameworks relevant to kununu’s SaaS organization.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate technical details into business impact.
• Comfortable scripting in PowerShell or Python for automation of project artefacts and reporting.
