About the position:

We are expanding our internal IT department and looking for a K8S DevOps Engineer to design and build a transparent, scalable, and reliable infrastructure for three key internal projects:

• Global ERP — Java + DB2 (migration from legacy systems to a modern stack)
• Local ERP — Python (Odoo) + PostgreSQL (on-premises containerization)
• Websites — ~80 Nuxt.js + PHP applications requiring CI/CD modernization, observability, and containerization

What You’ll Do:

• Develop architecture for baremetal k8s clusters, support and maintain it.
• Containerize applications, develop helm charts for it, deploy and maintain it.
• Plan monitoring and roadmaps for incidents on microservice infrastructure.
• Assist development team during the whole development process.
• Plan backup strategy, handle disaster recovery and production support scenarios.
• Care of the security aspects of the aplications.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Understanding of monitoring and observability systems.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Solid communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
