Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, IaC, Ansible, Terraform)

• min. 3 years of hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, proficient with container technology, of which at least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud architecture design, proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Must have experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux terminal systems, enterprise software such as M365, Lark, and hardware support plus OS imaging techniques for system hardening for secure and scalable endpoint provisioning and deployment.

We are looking for a Skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infra team.

You will help develop new infrastructure capabilities while providing Tier 2/3 IT helpdesk support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, manage and maintain enterprise software, office equipment and endpoint systems, and shared services on AWS cloud and support application and project teams in adopting cloud technology.

This role focuses on strengthen our capabilities in infrastructure automation and Kubernetes, while support both production infrastructure and non-production development environments in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of support applications critical to business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• min. 3 years of hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, proficient with container technology.
• at least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud architecture design, proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Must have experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Saltstack), Performance monitoring and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux terminal systems, enterprise software such as M365, Lark, and hardware support.
• Proficient in OS imaging techniques for system hardening for secure and scalable endpoint provisioning and deployment.
• Proficient with Internet technology stack, with an understanding of communication protocols, load balancing, and microservice architecture.
• Proficient with Linux, with programming experience (e.g., Python, Shell, or Go).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of networking and security.
• Good collaboration, troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

Good to have:

• Cloud certification with AWS, OCI, Azure.
