About the Role

Our Client is seeking a functional Business Analyst to play a key role in a maturing project and change environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape how the business defines and manages change, refining processes, improving documentation standards, and supporting consistent delivery practices. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with internal and external development teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture, clarification, and documentation of business requirements
• Map and enhance business processes, workflows, and user journeys
• Support the establishment of BA and delivery frameworks, templates, and governance
• Translate business needs into clear artefacts for developers and vendors
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities across projects

About You

• Experience as a Business Analyst within business or technology-driven projects
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Confident engaging with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to bring structure and consistency to a developing project environment
• Financial services or investment background advantageous, but not essential
