Head of Compliance

I am representing a leading blockchain/liquidity provider that is searching for a Head of Compliance for their Luxembourg office. Reporting to the COO and spearheading the Luxembourg presence, you can expect strong autonomy and exposure. As the company goes through various licensing processes and scales up, you will be involved in day-to-day fundamental compliance activities within an entrepreneurial environment with long-term growth plans.

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

• Over 5 years' experience as a Senior Compliance Officer or Head of Compliance in a similar crypto/fintech/blockchain firm
• Comfort with working autonomously
• Skills in end-to-end regulatory compliance policies and procedures
• Experience leading conversations with regulators
• Knowledge of MiCA licensing/DORA licensing (desired but not essential)
