Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support


Qualifications:

  • Min 4+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient with MS Office and scheduling tools
  • Arabic language skills preferred but not required
