We are looking for a "Human Resources Assistant' on behalf of our global business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for local staff recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and offboarding, training, and attendance management.
  • Meeting arrangements, Organizational atmosphere management, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and large-scale event organization.
  • Budget management, public announcements, and reimbursement support for departmental team-building activities etc.
  • Employee inquiries and support, office needs response, stationery management, and property management.
  • If necessary , support epidemic prevention management, distribution of epidemic prevention supplies, management, follow-up, and care for quarantined and at-risk individuals.
  • Other HR and administrative-related tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in HR, administration, or GM assistant roles.
  • Friendly , Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and fluency in English as the working language.
  • Results-oriented, responsible, able to handle challenging tasks, and detail-oriented.
  • Ambitious with strong learning capabilities.
  • Relevant human resources experience is preferred.
