Repair Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Repair Specialist to join our team at the Diagnostics Repair Center in Tuusula. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading medical devices (e.g., DEXIS IOS and Scan eXam) and can meaningfully contribute to our product quality and customer experience. You will work with a highly experienced technical team here in Tuusula and will have the opportunity to be part of a truly global team.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in the repair or assembly of electronics, appliances, or other electromechanical devices.
• Previous experience and ability to use basic functionalities of Microsoft Office tools. Experience using ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic computer hardware and software issues (Windows environment).
• Ability to independently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex technical issues.
• English language skills are essential, and other language skills are considered an advantage.
