Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in Post-Merger Integration to ensure the seamless transition of newly acquired entities into our client's Luxembourg operations.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate integration projects following PMI best practices.
• Collaborate with the Integration Manager and acquisition teams to ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition.
• Align local operational needs with corporate strategy through close coordination with the Country Director.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with group standards.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings in French.
• Report progress, risks, and KPIs to both local and central PMI governance bodies.
• Promote structured, transparent communication across all stakeholders.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within post-merger or business integration contexts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate change in complex environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency with PMI/PMO methodologies and tools (PMP certification is an advantage).
• Resilience under pressure and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Based in or near Luxembourg, with flexibility for a hybrid on-site presence.
