Are you passionate about driving global compliance initiatives and leading impactful projects in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Legal and Compliance Project Manager to support and enable key programs that align with our business strategies—particularly in the areas of Ethics, Risk & Compliance.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to the SAP Quality Module (QM).
• Act as Super User and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SAP QM incident and enhancement management.
• Own SAP QM user roles, training documentation, and end-user training delivery.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections.
• Support data extraction, correction, and harmonization across sites.
• Drive and support the implementation of SAP/ERP-related projects.
• Establish and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate closely with Country ERC Heads, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 What You Bring

• A background in Quality or IT, with strong expertise in SAP/ERP systems.
• Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A business mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Fluent English (required)
• German (preferred)
